Jeanie Caggiano is an EVP/Executive Creative Director and Business Lead at Leo Burnett Chicago, where she leads UnitedHealthcare--America’s largest health insurer. She penned UHC’s humorous “Ways In campaign,” which won Gold at Cannes in 2016.

Previously, Jeanie spent 12 years running Allstate Insurance, where she was responsible for both the charming and destructive Mayhem and the heroic Dennis Haysbert.

A member of the 2016 Cannes Lions Outdoor Jury, Jeanie has also judged LIA, the OBIE Awards, the One Show, the Facebook Awards and more. She is looking forward to being on the London International Awards Health & Wellness jury.

A storytelling writer, Jeanie has also created memorable work for Hallmark Cards, Eli Lilly (Prozac & Evista), McDonald’s, Disney, Exclusive Resorts, Choice Hotels, Procter & Gamble (Luvs & Always), Kelloggs, Pfizer (Nexium24HR & Centrum), Kraft (Natural Cheese, Salad Dressing & Jell-o), Diageo (Green Giant) and Morgan Stanley.

A rarity in the advertising world, Jeanie is still at her first agency, having started at Leo Burnett right out of Northwestern University.

Oliver Caporn

Olly spent much of his early career at HAVAS working on large consumer campaigns for Peugeot, Citroen, VO5, WeightWatchers and Abbey National among many others, before starting his healthcare career at ICC Lowe in 2011.

In 2013 he moved to CDM London to oversee the creative rebirth of the agency and in 2015 his work for Shield Therapeutics – The ‘boring symposium campaign’ - won three bronzes at Lions Health and propelled CDM London to second place in agency of the year and contributed significantly to CDM winning Healthcare Agency Network of the year.

CDM London is now a major player in the UK market with a recent ‘Best in Show’ win at the PM Society Awards in February 2017.

Olly is passionate about big ideas that have the scale and flexibility to transcend traditional advertising media or language borders and cut through to connect on a human and global scale.

He’s won three Grand Prix Campaign of the year Abby (Indian) awards. Amongst over 500 national and international awards (Cannes, One Show, Media Spikes, Clio, D&AD), including over 50 Cannes shortlists and Lions.

He believes the future of advertising is in integration. Hence he took his mainline experience to healthcare and digital, joining Medulla as CCO and founding its sister agency – What’s Your Problem – a digital focused, integrated agency.

Within two years of his creative leadership, Medulla became the Cannes Healthcare Agency of the Year, 2016 – India’s first ever Agency of the Year at Cannes. His tally for 2016 includes 7 Cannes Lions and 7 Clios. While the ‘Last Words To Nurses’ campaign was number 4 in the Gunn Report ‘Cases for Creativity’ list.

After 5 years as Creative Director of Sudler & Hennessey, Sydney, Phil began a role that lasted 25 years - Partner and Creative Director of Curtis Jones & Brown Advertising. During that time, the agency grew to become the largest and most awarded independent in Australia. Its creative work was recognised by AWARD, London International Advertising Awards, the Clios, the Globals and the New York Festivals.

He was also a founding member of Bravo! – A Celebration of Australian Healthcare Creativity. Following CJB’s sale to the BBDO network, Phil consulted for several companies and agencies and conducted courses for The Communications Council of Australia.

In 2012, Phil teamed up again with Bill Curtis to form the imaginatively named agency, Bill Curtis and Phil Brown, an independent servicing healthcare clients including AstraZeneca, Novartis, Besins and The Garvan Institute. His proudest achievement is having been part of the development and growth of many of the people who now run Australia’s finest healthcare agencies.

Alison is a Global Account Leader for Publicis Health based in Chicago. She has spent her career leading successful consumer health and consumer brands in the US and global markets.

Before joining Leo Burnett, Alison was a Marketing Director for Whole Foods Market. During her time with Whole Foods, she helped to oversee the largest growth and expansion of the company in its history while building a strong and beloved brand in the U.S.

Alison’s global work extends to her private life, where she devotes her free time to supporting Heartland Alliance for Human Needs and Human Rights, the 5th largest global human rights organization in the world. As Chairman of the Board, she helps to oversee the company’s work in healthcare, housing, justice and human rights for disenfranchised people around the world.

Brett O'Connor

The early part of Brett’s career was spent at consumer agencies such as McCann Erickson, JWT and Euro RSCG. He took the experience he had gained in consumer and applied it to healthcare advertising at Torre Lazur McCann in London, becoming the Creative Director a few years later.

In 2008 he left McCann to become a founder at VCCP Health, one of the most awarded Healthcare agencies in London. During his time in healthcare, his experience has stretched from insect repellent to oncology and from KOLs to consumers in the high-street.

He has won a number of creative awards and has been a jury member on most creative award shows too, including PM Society Awards, Rx Club, Global awards. He was the Convenor of Judges at the IPA Best of Health 2014, and a Health and Wellness jury member at Cannes Lions Health in 2015.

Anna Fawcett

Anna Fawcett, Executive Producer at Filmgraphics Entertainment has worked alongside founding director, David Denneen to create some of the most memorable and awarded television advertising campaigns.

Anna has produced projects for Nike, Lays, ANZ, Chrysler, Telstra, Visa and Qantas amongst hundreds of projects in Australia and internationally. She has also worked with great talent including Michael Jordan, Michael J. Fox, Richard Gere, Dustin Hoffman, John McEnroe and many more.

Joining Filmgraphics in the ‘90’s, Anna was responsible for TVC production, and growing the firm’s international business.

Anna is recognised as one of the industry’s most prolific and successful producers, having won most major awards both in Australia and internationally.

In 2006, she expanded her repertoire by producing the feature film, “Restraint”, directed by David Denneen. She continues to drive Filmgraphics Entertainment towards the future with fresh directing talent, groundbreaking commercials and branded content.
